DOUG BARCLAY - PRESIDENT
35 years of HR experience from specialist to senior executive, to include 15 years as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources for a national home builder, currently a Director for the FSU Center for Human Resources Management, and certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resources Management
Currently consulting part-time as a Career Advisor for Right Management, the world's largest career transition services company and a subsidiary of Manpower, Inc. In this role, he periodically participates in notifications to employees being laid off; provides career transition training workshops; and conducts bi-weekly career transition webinars. Doug is currently accredited as an instructor by Brevard Community College and the Webster University Graduate School.
